After battling injuries, health challenges, and two hip replacements (with a later revision), I rebuilt my body through targeted movement, mindset, and nutrition. I fell in love with strength in childhood - competing with my brothers and playing sports - and I’ve re-learned how to make strength sustainable and safe after major setbacks.
